The HSE Manager is responsible for providing line management with continuous advice and support to ensure that HSE remains an integral part of the location business and equal in priority to production and profitability.
Successful HSE Managers are a role model in the application of all HSE policies and standards, excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Responsibilities
* Develops managers' awareness and ensures HSE is an integral part of line management responsibilities and objectives;
* Develops a competent and motivated HSE organization within their area of responsibility;
* Assists the relevant manager in implementing and maintaining an HSE management system;
* Ensures all specific HSE risks are identified, assessed and that appropriate risk management plans are implemented;
* Ensures adequate HSE training is provided to all personnel, including contractors;
* Develops and maintains a high level of awareness and active personal involvement among all personnel through prevention and reporting of non-conformities;
* Leads audit program and verifies compliance with Schlumberger and Segment standards using appropriate checklists;
* Develops HSE partnerships with clients, suppliers/contractors and promotes Schlumberger HSE leadership within the industry;
* Actively contributes to the development of Global/Area/GeoMarket programs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as occupational health & safety, Environmental science/management;
* Minimum 6 years' in HSE with management experience;
* Native-level Russian language;
* Upper-Intermediate English language.
