JOB SCOPE: Provide well construction and well completion services utilizing the Liner Hanger Product line. In addition, help generate business to increase revenues through promoting Weatherford products by continuously developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in the field. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Insure compliance with Company personnel policies and all governmental health, safety and employment practices. Advanced understanding of downhole operations, both cased and open hole Be able to operate a variety of different liner hanger equipment/running tools Promote forward thinking and assist in the development of plans and procedures that enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions. Determine need for equipment and supplies while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory. When needed be able to pull tools and put together jobs (which will include; inventory, tool measurement, documentation, equipment load-out, etc.) Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets and other similar administrative forms. Work in the shop and make deliveries when available Perform any service, repair or maintenance task necessary when "hands on" assistance is needed. Oversee general maintenance of equipment and facility. Recognize problems and improvements needed and passes these on to upper management. Submit all required reports on a timely basis. Required to work on a 24 hours call basis. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: 10+ years downhole/liner hanger/tool hand experience Advanced knowledge of products and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills. Strong leadership and quality skills. Multi-tasking ability. Valid driver's license. Satisfactory driving record as defined in Driver Qualification Policy HRD-12. The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
