Health, Safety and Welfare of all offshore personnel: ensure all activities are managed within the boundaries of the Company safety management system Direct and control production, well services, process and facilities operations activities to ensure performance targets are met. Ensure compliance with all current and proposed future offshore legislation Provide management overview on maintenance and certification activities Advise on and approve proposed modifications to facilities in consultation with others Ensure appropriate levels of justification are provided Ensure full compliance with technical integrity standards Emergency Control Team commander, responsible for coordination and control of offshore incidents Develop and implement offshore manning strategies and participate in recruitment, succession planning and personnel development Development of future work plans and long term asset strategy
