Corrpro Companies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Foreman. Responsibilities: Perform duties involved with managing field projects solely, assist with the management of field personnel, actively labor in fieldwork, and operate specialized installation equipment for execution of construction service jobs Assist Foreman with keeping construction progress in line with overall project schedule, cost estimate and in conformance with the contract documents Ensure that all required materials and equipment are ready before starting work Schedule subordinates and subcontractors to assist in system installations Perform installation in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements Collect field data prior to the energization of cathodic protection system Conduct toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits Ensure all subordinates comply with company safety practices Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times Report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to supervisor Repair damaged equipment within the cost limits established by supervisor Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of company equipment Qualifications: Class A CDL with endorsements 4 years experience in cathodic protection installations Significant field-construction exposure that may be gained through practical construction experience and/or a degree in engineering with good field/design experience required Strong team and internal customer service skills are a must Must be able to work independently with no supervision Incumbent must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees Adjust to work-related demands without becoming frustrated Must be able to travel as needed to customer sites Our company offers a Competitive Salary with Career Growth Opportunities and a Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Matching 401k, Annual Bonus Potential, Tuition Assistance, paid Vacation and Holiday time, and much more.
