Qualifications and Summary Minimum qualifications include ten (10) years of quality management experience in pipeline and plant construction and compliance, or an equivalent of ten (10) years of experience in the industry supervising plant and pipeline construction, or a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with eight (8) years of design, construction, operations, or compliance experience, and at least two (2) years managing personnel in a corporate environment Project management principles and techniques Quality management principles and techniques Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with other departments to achieve goals Ability to motivate others, deal with ambiguous information, and use initiative to overcome issues Organizational agility Ability to influence others Ability to communicate effectively to audiences of diverse size and background Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/responsibilities that are well organized and results driven Help JKE to achieve the WOW we seek!
