Insituform Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Area Accounting/Office Administrator for our Lebanon, Ohio location.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include the following:
  • Prepare and code invoices and ensure appropriate approvals
  • Prepare customer billings
  • Prepare subcontract agreements
  • Process owner and subcontractor change orders
  • Maintain project files
  • Month end close support to office management
  • Process and track expense reports, company credit cards and receipts
  • Process timesheets for all personnel through Time Management software
  • Maintain employee files and assist with open enrollment and new hire onboarding
  • Collect, review and process DOT driver logs for all crew personnel
  • Manage and distribute all consumable orders for crews
  • Provide direct support to all crew personnel
  • Manage and maintain all supplies for the business unit, including equipment rental
  • Prepare and distribute video submissions
  • Occasional travel for training (Hire on training/Annual)

 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred or some educational background with an emphasis in accounting
  • Solid experience in Excel and all other Microsoft Office programs, JD Edwards experience a plus
  • Must be well organized and able to create systems to complete/track tasks most efficiently
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, crews, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to solve problems with practical solutions
