
Director of Sales & Project Pursuits (North America) Salary: $160-180k. Plus 50% OTE & Company Bonus Location: Houston - USA
THE CLIENT: * Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading manufacturer of automation and control systems. * Operating from and HQ in Houston they are a global business, part of an international group. * The business has seen significant growth in recent years and committed to continuing this trend.
THE ROLE: * The position will be responsible for growing the business across North America, Canada & Latin America, selling their entire portfolio of automated control systems & instrumentation technology * The business has core sales locations within the Americas, Middle East, APAC & Africa and is keen to develop these and other regions further. * The role will take responsibility for securing $50 Million+ Projects across North America, Canada & Latin America. * The customers are concentrated within the upstream/ downstream Oil & Gas vertical markets * Given the nature of this position there will be significant travel. * The individual is expected to be located in Houston.
THE REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate will have 10 years senior level sales experience, working for manufactures in the Automation and Control sector. * You should have previous experience in securing projects worth around $50 Million. * Managing a sales team within North America is another essential.
