Position Summary The Technical Manager will support current engineering and new product engineering needs for Subsea Asset Integrity’s operations. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and participate as a role model in Subsea Asset Integrity’s (SAI) safety program Evaluate NDT technologies to identify new design opportunities for Subsea Asset Integrity Manage internal and external engineering resources and technical support for SAI’s operation group Coordinate and supervise personnel to provide engineering and technical support for local operations Define work scopes for document design specifications for new designs and design changes Establish and maintain work processes, instructions, and procedures that help drive safety, quality, cost and delivery improvements for SAI business Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles Manage work scope and associated project budgets Manage local SAI tool development projects Manage multiple engineering projects at one time Client presentation support for Subsea AI business units Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor in electrical or mechanical engineering with five (5) to ten (10) years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience.
