Construction Project Manager Leap29 are working with a large commercial construction company with operations in Florida. Our client is active across the commercial construction industry and delivers a range of projects such as building projects, healthcare facilities, real estate and campus facilities. Our Client currently has a vacancy for a Construction Project Manager. This is a full time position and as well as a senior position within the organization, the client could offer a competitive salary, benefits, 401K and health and dental insurance. Responsibilities: Construction and project management for ongoing projects Leading a team overseeing the scope of work, budgets, technical specifications and ensuring deliverables are maintained in a timely manner Overseeing quality and HSE regulations to maintain high standards and consistency Involved in tendering and bid preparation for new projects and when necessary holding commercial conversations/ negotiations with the client Communicating effectively with a range of project stakeholders both internally and externally Required Experience: Degree in Construction Management Minimum 15 years' experience within the construction industry At least 5 years' experience within a management/ leadership role Experience working on commercial projects such as office buildings, real estate, medical facilities and campus facilities Excellent communication skills and a "can do" mentality Please apply immediately.
