Our client is a global petrochemical operator currently seeking a highly-skilled Distribution Specialist. Compensation includes a competitive base plus bonus. Interviews are set to begin immediately. See job description below for more information Key responsibilities will include: Negotiating and managing contract relationships with Off-Site Manufacturing and Distribution service. Developing operating guidelines and practices for Off-Site Operations, follows and documents them in the QSE Manual. Analyzing distribution costs to determine the most effective means for supporting Business Area goals and to identify opportunities for improvements in costs and/or service. Preparing Off-Site Manufacturing and Distribution Fixed and Variable Cost Budgets and manages expenditures within approved funding levels. Coordinating planning activities for ex-plant operations. Developing operational targets and objectives, production schedule and storage plans. Providing oversight during the production runs to manage operational and yield efficiencies to optimize our costs. Providing trouble shooting assistance during production runs for service providers Evaluating ex-plant facilities to ensure they are adequate, functional and operate with acceptable safety and environmental performance records.
