Department: Corporate Reports To: CEO & CFO FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The most important and essential job function of this position is attitude and includes the following: getting along with co-workers, responding politely to corporate clients and members of the community, working as a team member, functioning appropriately under pressure, responding in a positive manner to supervision, and maintaining inter-office confidentiality. Examples of duties appear below:
Relieves Executives of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
Coordinates executive schedules and makes appointments.
Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Assists the Accounting Department with, but not limited to, the processing of expense reports, payables, and statistical reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience: Certificate from technical school or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
