Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Commercial Finance Manager within our Energy Services - Business Operations Group located in the Houston area. Territory/Location Information: This position is based in the Houston, TX area. Main Responsibilities: Key resource to Executive Accounts in development of business strategies including selling and profitability improvement. Manage global contract agreements. As well as global price reviews with executive accounts. Support Key Accounts Sales managers with analysis aimed at customer retention, pricing, new business and business loss impact. Manage new business pipeline reporting and assess impact of new opportunities on the business portfolio. Development of pricing strategies and management of pricing adjustment process. Assess key commodity markets risk and impact on pricing. On-going margin analysis, opportunity identification and implementation of corrective actions to improve margin. Prepare customer level profit and loss statements and advise sales and operations groups on opportunities for improvement. Maintain an expert knowledge of Nalco Champion pricing and contract systems within assigned business segment (SBU/region). Ensure compliance with policies and monitor exceptions. Provide pricing and revenue analysis as requested by Sales and Marketing Department management. Negotiation of commercial agreements as part of the contract lifecycle. Basic Qualifications: B.S Degree in Business or Business related field. 10 + years of marketing/sales experience 5+ years of Commercial Finance experience Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills High level of computer literacy, especially Excel and SAP/BI functionalities and reporting Entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centered focus, leadership ability, and ability to be a team player on all levels, cross-functionally and within the group. Work effectively with staff in other disciplines such as logistics, manufacturing, customer service and cost accounting.
